When we make molds and molding we always s follow up our quality system strictly. We use advancd equipments and checking process to ensue the high quality products. Our quality control system coves all the steps from the starting of the material purchasing to products shipment.

• Tool design verification and validation
• Incoming material inspection (this includes the steel hardness & certification, standard components and etc)
• In –process inspection (all electrodes, inserts and accessories)
• Tool trial samples inspection (ISIR report will be sent together with the samples)
• Final evaluation and inspection before delivery。
